Fall 2025 Course Withdrawal Request
Important Deadlines
- Last day to DROP Course with no grade: Monday – September 15th, 2025 – Full refund
- Last day to DROP Course with “Withdraw (W)” grade: Monday – October 6th, 2025 (fees prorated)
- Course DROP with Incomplete : after Monday – October 6th, 2025 (fees prorated)
Submission Instructions
- Download the Course Drop Form from the link provided below.
- Complete all sections of the form.
- Sign and date the form.
- Email the completed form to admissions@aria.edu
- Subject Line: Course Drop Request – Fall 2025
- Ensure the email is sent from your aria.edu email address.
- Note: Course drop requests will only be processed once the completed form is received by the Admissions Department.
